Business Development Manager

Position Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling Rexford Development’s consulting services by initiating and establishing relationships with new clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solution selling concepts, with the ability to sell staff augmentation and project-based consulting services.

Successful candidates must be able to hit the ground running by having experience selling information systems consulting services, and possessing a substantial existing qualified list of client prospects.

This position reports directly to the President of Rexford Development, with whom the Business Development Manager will work closely to leverage their existing contacts (professional network) and schedule in-person meetings with the client. 

This position has unlimited potential, and the ideal candidate will possess the skills, drive, personality and desire to grow within the company and ultimately to develop and manage a national sales force.
